The French Stall reopens as BRETON
Chef Xavier has this desire to fulfill his long-term dream of bringing lobsters (which to a lot many people a delicacy) to the tables of his restaurant. Chef Xavier, being a Breton, together with his brother Pastry Chef Arnaud joining the company, provides an excellent opportunity to open a Breton-inspired cuisine.
Breton is the name of the people from & a Celtic language spoken in Brittany, France. Besides crepes & galette, Brittany has great seafood & meat. While waiting for your tables, you can always have aperitifs listening to the carefully selected Celtic music transporting us all to this northwest corner of France...

Celebrating its 14th year in Singapore, THE FRENCH STALL continues to whip out the joyous experience that is true bistro dining: best quality cuisine, tasty, generously served fares. THE FRENCH STALL… where good food is still prepared in the premise & cooked with passion in the traditional way…
